1. High-risk activity

Newly launched tokens are highly speculative and extremely volatile. Many lose most of their value within minutes, and a large share are scams, rug pulls or honeypots. Sniping - buying at the moment of launch - concentrates this risk. Losses can be rapid and total.

2. What the bot can and cannot do

Best Sniper Bot can help you react faster and apply safety filters more consistently than trading by hand. It cannot:

• guarantee a profit, a successful entry, or a successful exit;
• detect every scam, honeypot, rug pull or malicious contract;
• prevent losses, slippage, failed transactions or price movements against you;
• control network congestion, RPC outages, or how third-party platforms behave.

Filters and safety scores are heuristics. They can produce false positives and false negatives, and should never be treated as a guarantee of safety.

3. No financial advice

We are not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or financial institution. Nothing we provide is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. All trading decisions and configurations are yours alone. If you need advice, consult a qualified professional.

4. No guaranteed results

We make no promise about performance. Any figures, examples, scores or illustrations are for information only and are not a prediction of future results. Past behaviour of any token or strategy does not indicate future outcomes.

5. Non-custodial and irreversible

You control your own wallet and keys. Transactions on Solana are irreversible - once broadcast, they cannot be cancelled or reversed by us or anyone else. You are responsible for every transaction your wallet authorises.

6. Technical and third-party risk

The service depends on the Solana network, RPC providers, launchpads, decentralised exchanges and your own wallet software. Any of these can fail, lag, change or be exploited. Smart-contract bugs, MEV, front-running and network outages can all cause loss regardless of your settings.

7. Regulatory and tax risk

Crypto rules differ by jurisdiction and change often. You are responsible for confirming that your activity is lawful where you live and for meeting your own tax obligations. See our Compliance Notice.
