Best Sniper Bot is a non-custodial, software-only tool. You are responsible for using it lawfully. This notice sets out our expectations on sanctions, prohibited use and anti-money-laundering.
Best Sniper Bot does not hold customer funds, does not operate an exchange or money-services business, and does not act as an intermediary to your trades. You transact directly from your own wallet on a public blockchain. This notice reflects that role.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service, and your on-chain activity, is legal in your jurisdiction. Laws on automated trading, crypto assets and taxation differ widely and change often. If you are unsure, seek professional advice before using the service.
You must not use the service if you are subject to applicable sanctions, are located in a comprehensively sanctioned or embargoed territory, or are otherwise prohibited from using such a tool under any law that applies to you. By using the service you represent that none of these apply to you.
You must not use the service to launder money, to move the proceeds of crime, to finance illegal activity, or to evade sanctions or reporting obligations. Attempting to do so is a serious breach of our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
Where we reasonably believe the service is being used unlawfully or in breach of this notice, we may restrict, suspend or terminate access, and we may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. Because the underlying blockchain is public and permanent, on-chain activity is independently visible regardless of our involvement.
