How paid plans are purchased, activated and (in limited cases) refunded. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
Paid plans are purchased on-chain in SOL. At checkout we show you a payment address and the exact amount for the plan. You then send that amount from the wallet you are signed in with. Our system watches the network and, once a matching payment is confirmed on Solana, activates your plan automatically.
To be credited automatically, a payment must:
Payments that do not meet all three conditions are not recognised by the automatic system. Because blockchain transactions are irreversible, funds sent incorrectly cannot be recovered or refunded by us.
Each checkout is valid for a limited window (currently ten minutes) shown as a countdown. During that time we check the network periodically for your payment. If the window expires before a valid payment is confirmed, simply start checkout again to get a fresh address and window. Do not send funds after the window has closed.
When a valid payment is confirmed, your plan is activated for its stated period (currently one month) and the remaining time is shown in your subscription page. Activation depends on the Solana network confirming your transaction; short delays during congestion are normal.
Because the service delivers digital access immediately on confirmation, and because on-chain payments are irreversible, subscription payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. In particular we do not refund:
If you believe you were charged due to a genuine error on our side - for example a confirmed, exact payment from your wallet that failed to activate - contact us with your wallet address and the transaction signature. We will review the on-chain record and, where our system was at fault, put it right by activating your plan or arranging an appropriate remedy. We can only act on payments that are verifiable on-chain.
Plan prices are shown at checkout and may change over time. The price shown when you pay is the price that applies to that purchase. Taxes, if any, are your responsibility.
