Acceptable Use Policy

1. General rule

You may use Best Sniper Bot only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the service, the networks it relies on, or other people. You are responsible for everything done through your wallet and session.

2. You must not

• use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to facilitate fraud, market manipulation, theft, or the trading of assets you have no right to trade;
• use the service where doing so is prohibited by law or by our Compliance Notice;
• launder money or move the proceeds of crime, or evade sanctions;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other users' accounts or wallets, or any related system;
• attack, overload, disrupt or degrade the service - including denial-of-service attempts, excessive automated requests, or abuse of our servers or RPC usage;
• probe, scan, scrape or reverse engineer the service except to the limited extent the law expressly permits;
• circumvent access controls, plan limits, payment checks or security measures;
• introduce malware or any harmful code, or interfere with other users' use of the service;
• misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or use the service to deceive or harm others;
• infringe the intellectual property or other rights of anyone, including misusing third-party names and logos beyond what our Trademark Notice allows.

3. Fair use of resources

The service and its network/RPC capacity are shared. Automated behaviour that consumes a disproportionate share of resources, or that is designed to burn our infrastructure, is not permitted and may be rate-limited or blocked.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including limiting, suspending or terminating access, and cooperating with law enforcement where required. We may do so without notice where necessary to protect the service or others.
